Anti-Screen Time News

Parent cultures need to stop spreading “anti-screen-time” pseudoscience news.

Parent cultures need to stop spreading “anti-screen-time” contextual studies without qualifying the context in which they were derived.

This kind of crap rhetoric creates a stigma that delays special needs parent’s decisions to use screens to communicate with their children, which can be particularly problematic for those of us who may never have robust conversations with our children without a device.

Screen-time has its flaws.

Screen-time also educates, improves, and saves lives.

To think about some of us who have lived years aching to talk to our children and understand what they want and need; that we could have learned what they wanted and needed if we weren’t anxious about preconceived notions about technology is nothing short of heart-destroying.

Stop spreading the news.

Stop contributing to the noise that delays conversations that parents could be having with their children whom they have longed to talk to.
