Yin and Yang
Yin loves to collect rocks.
Yang loves to throw her rocks in the sky, in the bushes, at windows, and at people, when he is happy, but also when he is mad.
Where and at whom and how he throws is a question of what: seeking sensory or communicating frustration.
Sometimes Yin knows where Yang is at. Sometimes Yin does not.
She’s become a bit of an autism theorist and therapuetic practitioner herself.
Yin loves Yang very much.
And Yang loves her.
Yin continues to accommodate Yang to balance her needs against his.
Yang’s parents continue to teach him boundaries to make this balancing act a little easier for both Yin and Yang.
Yin and Yang are starting to strike balances.
Yin loves to collect rocks though and Yang loves to throw her rocks.
There is a tension between Yin and Yang.
I suppose traction is the start of striking balances.
