Captive Audience
Approximately one month ago,
our little Dublin, nearly seven-years-old started spontaneously saying two-three word phrases on his own and showing a desire to "BE" with us.
For the past month, several times throughout the day, he grabs one of mama's or dada's hands, making sure he is looking directly into our eyes, and exclaims "This way, please!"
Then he guides us to our back door and utters "want outside."
At his request, we unlock the deadbolt, as he shifts his weight from side to side anxiously waiting for the door to swing open.
He then quickly grabs our hands again and exclaims "this way, please!"
He guides us to a chair and says "sit down, please."
He then sings and dances across his rock ledge stage and waits for applause. This has become his daily routine and we are very excited about it!!!
We are, also, more than ecstatic to be his captive audience!!!
